Featuring original music composed by Holly McMahon, To Climb a Mountain follows two friends on a hike as they encounter a troublesome chipmunk, crazy caterpillars, hard-working ants, and a beautiful fairy garden.

This new story ballet, choreographed by Front Range Classical Ballet Academy Director Ixchel Levendosky and performed by students of all ages and levels showed at the Lincoln Center Magnolia Theater in December 2024.

To Climb a Mountain also featured live cello music from students of Haide Lefebvre, and excerpts from Swan Lake.
