With an array of guest instructors including Robert Sher-Macherndl, Kathleen Vreeland, and Anneke DeJong, FRCBA’s Summer Intensive is packed with classical ballet technique, contemporary movement, and additional educational classes including vocabulary, anatomy, and music studies. This intensive is curated for intermediate to advanced level dancers and culminates in an in-studio showing on Saturday afternoon at 3pm. Day to day schedule varies, and can be found HERE!

A Satirical American Allegory inspired by George Orwell’s Animal Farm

Casting Call for Actors, Singers, Dancers ages 14+

ACTORS: sides available at the audition; OPTIONAL - prepare a 1 minute or less portion of an inspirational speech such as Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address or a Martin Luther King Jr. speech

SINGERS: prepare 16 bars of a song

DANCERS: choreography taught at audition 4-5 pm

Open Mic Night

This event provides an opportunity to share music, poetry, dance, short skits, and more in an informal and friendly atmosphere. These events also serve as fundraisers for the non-profit and all of the great work provided through the organization. We always have many Silent Auction offerings, including private lessons, tailor-made leotards and skirts, and a wide variety of other items available for bidding. Door prizes are also part of the fun! You can join us as an audience member, or you can sign up to share any of your family-friendly talents with us

A Ballet Murder Mystery

Guests are invited to the fictional opening night of the Nutcracker, where the prima ballerina has been murdered just before the show. The audience becomes part of the cast—assigned characters or investigative roles—and must solve the case before the final act.

Proceeds benefit DANCE.
